It is worrying that EU still did not decide if they are going to observe elections or not.
Thanks. The Carter Center from the US has a monitoring program underway, but they don’t seem to have made any new statements. Have read previously that they were very concerned about whether conditions for the election were ultimately going to be suitable to monitor and report on the actual voting.
